About Newstar

A strip supplier organised around specification

Newstar LED Co., Limited manufactures and supplies LED strip, pixel strip, pixel chips, controllers, aluminium profiles and matched power for distributors, lighting brands and project contractors. The catalogue is the starting point, not the limit: the line you receive is the line approved at sample stage.

LED strip aging test rack in production

What we are set up to do

The work is organised around four commitments: build to the drawing, keep one batch consistent, supply the accessories as one system, and answer technical questions before the run is booked.

  • Configured to your specification

Voltage, colour temperature, LED density, cut length, CCT tolerance and IP rating are set against the drawing you send, not a fixed catalogue only.

  • One coordinated system

Strip, aluminium profile, driver and controller are matched in one order, so the light line, the channel and the power stage are specified together.

  • Documented production flow

SMT mounting, assembly, potting, aging test and outgoing inspection are carried out in sequence, with the test record kept with the batch.

  • Engineering conversation first

Before a run is booked, we review wiring, load per run and control protocol so the sample you approve is the product you receive.

Production flow

Five steps between a reel and a shipment

  1. 01

    SMT mounting

LEDs and resistors placed on the FPC under SMT lines.

  2. 02

    Assembly

Cutting, soldering, connector fitting and cable preparation.

  3. 03

    Potting and sealing

Silicone coating or full potting for the required IP rating.

  4. 04

    Aging test

Powered burn-in to check stability across the full reel.

  5. 05

    Outgoing inspection

Colour, brightness and dimensions checked before packing.

OEM / ODM

How a custom line moves from drawing to delivery

Custom work follows the same approval sequence for one reel or a production run. Nothing goes to mass production before the sample is signed off.

  1. 01

    Share the requirement

Drawing, target parameters, control method and packaging needs.

  2. 02

    Sample and approval

Sample strip and profile cut to the agreed specification.

  3. 03

    Pilot run

Small production run to confirm consistency and assembly fit.

  4. 04

    Mass production

Batch production with in-line checks and aging test.

  5. 05

    Documents and shipping

Packing list, test record and shipment preparation.

Compliance documents available on request

We do not publish a fixed certificate list, because the applicable documents depend on the market and the product body. Tell us the destination and application, and the relevant files are confirmed with the quotation.

Documents on request

Specification sheets and batch test records are issued with the order. Market-specific compliance documents are confirmed against the destination.

Specification control

Voltage, CCT, density, cut interval and IP rating are written into the sample approval, so production follows an agreed record.

Matched components

Profiles, drivers, controllers and connectors are selected against the strip load and protocol rather than ordered separately.

Send the requirement, get a matched answer

A drawing, a target parameter set or a sample request is enough to start. We reply by email with the strip, profile, driver and control that fit the brief.
